3. Don't watch romantic movies.
4. Travel to a new place.
5. Don't reread old messages & emails.
6. Organize all images of him in a file, don't open for 3 months.
7. Hang out with your single friends.
8. Pick up a new hobby that requires concentration.
9. Replace old pictures of him with new ones of friends & family.
10. Box up things that remind you of him & cause you pain.
11. Buy new beddings that's meant to only please you.
12. Journal about everything that will make your future sparkle.
13. Learn more about something you are passionate about.
14. At least for 3 months, avoid his friends & family.
15. Focus on all that you have & feel grateful for.
16. Listen to books on tape that require focus.
17. Volunteer to help anyone less fortunate than you.
18. Rearrange all your furniture.
19. Clear out your closets. Ruthlessly.
20. Expand your new wardrobe with new lingerie.
